Bad experience with Reliance new GSM service

Published by rakeshb03 under News Edit This

reliance-logo.gifQuite a month ago I have got a news that Reliance has launched it’s new GSM Mobile service. As Reliance is a big name here in India and having vast experience as its CDMA service booming I thought that this service will also be up to the mark and then I decided to try it. What actually made me crazy to use it the plans and special tariffs offered to its new customersand finally I bought it from our local reseller. But from the very first day when I used it, it was a total disappoint in concern with its sound quality and service. I am not able to make any call anywhere in India whether it is local or STD with in first attempt, with several tries when it got connected the sound found from other side is very hard to understand and several times it automatically disconnected. But the worst matter is still yet waiting for me as after 15 days of use (though not constantly only in emergency) I found that services has stopped and it says user id is invalid. When I contacted to the customer service it was said that I have to resubmit the form and my ID proof to continue enjoying the service. Being asked why my previous form was invalid, I was not given any satisfactory answer. When talked with some of our friends iI was surprised that a lot of them are complaining about the same matters as i have and it seems that these were the very common problem with the new Reliance GSM service.

With all the experience I faced with this Big-Wig in India I got totally irritated and now I decided to leave this service as I know there is no use to reactivate it if services provided are not up to the mark.

Plz share your opinion if any one of you is also using GSM service from Reliance and provide with your feedback of your experience as it will help some more people who are deciding to buy it …..
