As all of us know that Jawahar Lal Nehru was the first prime minister of India. He was a well known political leader and participated in the Indian independence movement along with Mahatma Gandhi and several other leaders. He is also the longest serving Prime minister of India. He is very fond of children and children also like him very much, because of this affection he was refferrd as Children’s Uncle Nehru. He was born on 14 November and died on 27 March. His birthday is celebrated as the Bal Divas throughout in India.
