Plastic that will melt into water - Solves a big issue of Plastic Garbage
Plastic - A scientific revolution when it was first discovered, being a light material and very useful it becomes a very useful material. But now days when we are facing several environmental issues, the garbage of plastic have becomes the primary issues.
Few years ago when some scientist gives their views about making environment friendly plastic, which will not harm our habitat looks like a very impossible task. But it has made possible by the team of Professor Helen Storey, from London College of Fashion, teamed up with Professor Tony Ryan, from Sheffield University, they gave birth to an innovative exhibition that combines science and fashion to create real solutions for a more sustainable world. By creating plastic that can dissolve in water, Storey and Ryan may just have revolutionized the packing industry, highlighting the issues surrounding waste plastic. They created some fashion wear made from a ploymer (a plastic for us) and hang them above a large fish bowl and slowly they dipped the polymer into the bowl. The results were amazing, the plastic dress melts creating amazing underwater fireworks. This was looking like we are watching any fiction movie.
Let’s hope by invention of dissolving plastic it will bring a positive response about environmental issues. But as it was said it may take about twenty years for full implementation.
