Windows 7 - successor to Windows Vista from Microsoft Scheduled in 2010
Microsoft is planning to release of its new operating system in 2010 as successor to windows vista.
What Microsoft says about it that “Windows 7 is designed to make everyday tasks faster and easier, and make new things possible for end users. Windows 7 reflects an evolved approach to engineering that incorporates customer and partner feedback more closely into the development process. It will deliver innovative new features while focusing on application and device compatibility. With Windows 7, Microsoft is working to establish a more consisted and predictable release schedule so partners across the Windows ecosystem can easily and quickly build on the new capabilities Windows has to offer.”
They are also seeing it as the Big fix for windows vista as this version of Windows seeks to address major complaints about the Windows Vista, and Microsoft says its early beta struggles are on the right track.
But what they also says unlike windows Vista the successor of windows XP several application that were used on have to be abonden but now in this case it is fully compatible with existing device drivers, applications, and hardware used on Vista, will work on upcoming Windows 7 either.
As its pre beta version is available and its final version is suppose to be release in early 2010, but some information also says it could be much earlier.
